Materials

Materials for Xolography

Validated resins and bioinks for volumetric 3D printing.

Our validated materials

Formulated, tested and supplied by xolo, with print parameters for Xube² and Xell.

xoloOne

A robust resin that is easy to print and holds fine detail. Strong parts for functional prototypes, with a translucent amber tint.
Prototyping

xoloClear

The first true optical material for 3D printing. High clarity and precision for lenses, waveguides and other optical parts.

xoloClear_XP

The same clarity and precision as xoloClear, optimized for larger build volumes. Developed for printing larger optical elements.

xoloPEGDA

A biocompatible hydrogel that cures into fine, precise biomedical structures. Mixed with GelMA, it adds mechanical stability and shape fidelity.

xoloGelMA

Based on X-Pure® by Rousselot. A biocompatible GelMA for cell-laden printing or post-print cell seeding of 3D cell culture models.

The chemistry behind the light

Material development sits at the core of what we do: our in-house chemistry team formulates materials to the highest standards and understands the chemistry behind every print. That expertise shows in the cell viability and precision of our materials, and it’s the same knowledge we bring to support your projects, whatever materials you use.

Demonstrated by our users

We are glad to see research groups developing their own formulations for Xolography. Here are a few published examples.
